The Construction IPD Team is responsible for:
- Building the new facility based on the architect’s design
- Ensuring we stay on budget by making the Owner’s IPD Team aware of the cost of building components
- Helping develop and maintain the project schedule
Our Construction IPD Team also has a number of Lean Six Sigma experts who are serving as coaches as we progress through Kaizen Workshops.
